Rashad was born in 1974 in Baku. His
father - Ilyasov Mirza Rustam ogli was an engineer. His mother
- Eyvazova Zarifa Alhas gizi worked as a journalist at the State
TV of Azerbaijan. He studied at the secondary school ¹20. In
spite of the fact that his parents were not musicians, Rashad
